DroneCraft Rides is a rafting and bungee operator in Shivpuri, India. It is the exclusive licence holder and sells the videos to all its partners. I am the sole architect and engineer of the platform that produces them.

Challenge
The client's business is selling videos to all its partners, and the raw material is site camera and drone footage. That footage had to become finished, branded films through a repeatable automated process.
Approach
Ingest
The platform pulls site camera and drone footage from Google Drive to S3.
Auto-trim
Clips are trimmed automatically by motion and loudness.
Render
ffmpeg renders a landscape film and a portrait reel, adding branded intros, transitions, watermarks and per-camera audio mixing. Work runs through a SQLite job queue.
